Vasoconstrictor, alpha-adrenomimetic. Acute allergic rhinitis, pollinosis, sinusitis, otitis media. Nasal drops for adults and children over 6 years of age, 2-3 drops of 0.1% solution or one spray injection in each nasal passage, 4 times a day; for infants and under 6 years of age, 1-2 drops of 0.05% solution in each nasal passage 1 or 2 times/day; should not be used more than 3 times a day.
