Boric acid has antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial and astringent properties. For these reasons, it finds it way in many home remedies and also medicinal prescriptions. Boric acid provides soothing relief from ears irritation, and helps remove pollutants from the eye such as smog, chlorine, or other chemicals. Xylometazoline belongs to the group of local vasoconstrictor agents with alpha-adrenomimetic activity, causes constriction of the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, eliminating swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, restores the nasal passability, and facilitates nasal breathing. The effect of the drug Snoop comes a few minutes after its use and lasts for several hours.

Valocordin drops for internal Use. The Drops may help tone up heart muscle and vessels, have sedative effect, optimize cardiac rate, relieve nervous tension and normalize sleep. May reduce the risk of cardiovascular disorders, heart conditions due to menopause, insomnia, neurosis. Adults take 12-15 drops in the morning before a meal and 20-25 drops before going to bed. A dosage of 25 ml of Zelenin's drops contains 5 ml of belladonna leaf tincture, 10 ml of Lily-of-the-Valley root tincture, 10 ml of Valerian tincture, and 0.2 grams of menthol. The combination of different tinctures in Zelenin's drops produces a calmative, anti-spasmodic, and analgesic effect. Zelenin's drops are helpful for various heart problems, including low heart rate because of its calmative effects. Zelenin's drops are also prescribed for internal use to combat stomach disorders, kidney and liver colics. Recommended dosage: Dilute 20 to 25 drops in warm water 2 to 3 times daily. Side effects include dry mouth, impaired vision, impaired coordination, and low-grade fever.

Corvalol N Drops. Components: Ethyl ether of bromisovaleric acid, methyl valerate, peppermint oil, hops oil, sodium acetate trihydrate, diluted acetic acid, ethyl alcohol 96%, purified water. Corvalol N Drops are to be taken internally. The drops have sedative, spasmolytic and vasodilating effect, and if taken in large amounts the drops improve sleep. Corvalol is helpful for such conditions as neurosis, nervous irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, early stages of essential hypertension, for intestinal spasms. Take orally 15-30 drops with a small amount of water or on a lump of sugar.
